4 Simple Steps to Elevate Your Morning Routine

Do you wake up every day dreading getting out of bed?

 

Are you hitting “snooze” every five minutes because you prefer the comfortably of staying in your bed?

 

That was me! ?‍♀️ I FEEL you.

 

I always thought that I was not a morning person. I REPEAT, not a morning person. I would say, “I have always been a night owl,? yeah right.

 

My mindset was simply not in the right place, but one day, things changed thanks to a simple morning routine.

 

Now, my life revolves around this routine.

 

What happens when you wake up feeling amazing?

  • Mornings become:
    • a breeze;
    • fun;
    • relaxing;
    • energetic.

And, no, I’m not talking about any of that “woo-woo” talk but feeling where you suddenly have enough physical energy to go for a run or literally anything your heart desires.

 

What happens when you are feeling everything in above the list? What would you do if you had more energy?

 

Would you…

  • Finally, work out before work;
  • Meal prep;
  • Read;
  • Journal;
  • Have time for those hobbies that you keep putting off because you “don’t have time?”

WAKE UP

 

Honestly, ask yourself, “What would you do if you had more energy?”

 

How would it feel?
